little galaxy of us...

I had enough of sad thoughts wandering, floating and juggling my mind for last Ten months. Its soon to be a year of my tragic twist of fate,,,,,  I had been cursing my life, crying, and being jealous of my friends who are enjoying their college life, wearing cool clothes and studying in better places than me and enjoying  freedom (I didn't write the as Its not real freedom) which I had been planning for five long years, (sounds very childish from a mature writer oops blogger like me). My well wishers  advise me Try for D.U again, my reply is " No, Not at Cost of one year"   Many think my life at home is pathetic , so the words are typed to answer the stereotypical baboon heads, who think studying outside home, living alone is freedom... (I was one of them too)   But the strange question they ask "Is my present life as pathetic as they feel?" So here we go:- My life is alive, as you you  have read befor

T.V- TeleVandalisim

Long black shiny hair covered under the strain of culture, Moving in kitchen all dresses up like dolls, That's what every-other Indian household views on television..... Today I write about the Chauvinism the this daily-soaps present. In the end question is what is our  present generation learning? Who is already having a Identity Crisis of "To be or Not to be"..... What's Indian Culture on our Indian  Televisions.. 1. Perfect rather Per-fact Girl better then Shakespearean Heroine, Virtuous and free of Err. Her aim of life- "A damsel in distress"  ( slim, traditional, beautiful, super-obedient, and target of all the evils of world, Hence "to Err is Human" not applicable here, but...... ) 2. A big fat Joint-family of  minimum Fifteen(15) members, ( As if India is all about joint family, and keeping up with traditions in modern world) 3. The family must be Business gia

Carnival of Family Zoo

A family that prays together stays together.... My family is a nuclear family (technically) yet  forever a joint family of increasing number of pets , we are member of four- my beloved modern day Subarnalata Mom, followed by my short tempered Old man- Papa and Guardian-angel of me and a Shopaholic princess my elder sister.. But off course My maternal grandparents and cousin brother and sister are part of the family... Today, words are penned not for them but my other family members... Yes my pets are not just pets but my brothers, sisters, granddaughter etc etc..., So here I write about the members who cant speak, but love and love you, until they are called....   So they are... In this carnival of life, we are animals and our life a zoo, well our zoo has more creature than  zoo of others.. Jassi Well she came to us from my cousin brother's Cat Minni's first born batch,. My mom asked my brother to give Jassi's brother who was very simi

Roll, Roll, Rolling

A rolling stone gathers no moss:- A very classic proverb, explaining the importance of being stuck to one aim and achieve it till the end. Well when I was kid, I heard many proverbs in our Morality Classes every Monday. Our teacher used to tell that we should never be like a rolling stone ,which was never stationary,. If we were to change paths in every new problem we would fail in life. With this morality Gyan ( Wisdom in Sanskrit), she asked to develop our character. For example- to be attentive, soft spoken, speak up truth, follow what teachers say etc etc.... On the other-hand I have always been a twisted mind, so I have had been mending, bending, breaking the Proverbs according to my mindset-  I grew up mostly doing the opposite of what my teacher said above. Example- Fickle minded, rude- rather merciless in my words, Always speaking my version of truth- indirectly a rebel .... So Today I  present my version of the meaning of  A Rolling Stone Gathers No Moss.. We
